Some of my trainings include: 

• 2013-2014:  The Integrative Therapy Training Program at The California Pacific Medical Center, providing trauma-informed therapy to

  hospitalized adults and their families. 

• 2014-2015: The Association of Behavioral Consultants and Head Start as a directive play therapist and behavioral coach for young children.

• 2017-2019: Women’s Therapy Center Two-Year Training Program, psychotherapy practice with women, non-binary, and LGBTQ clients.  

• 2019- Current: Women’s Therapy Center Advanced Training Program Focused on working with teenagers and couples/relationship


Jane Cabot, AMFT

     I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Berkeley, CA.

I completed Bachelor Degree’s in Feminist Psychology and Social Justice Education from Prescott College, AZ (2009). In 2014, I completed a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy from The California Institute of Integral Studies, which uniquely weaves the use of creative processes into clinical work. 

     I have experience working therapeutically in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, in homes, and in private practice with a diverse cliental at many stages of life. Reasons for seeking therapy with me may include (but is not limited to): anxiety, depression, grief/loss, chronic pain/illness/injury, acute and relational trauma (past and current), sexuality and gender, identity exploration, spirituality development and relationship difficulties.
