We all face challenges in life.  Sometimes these challenges get in our way, making it difficult to feel connected to others, to feel a sense of ease, or to feel like there is any purpose in our lives.  Sometimes these challenges make us fall into old, unhealthy patterns or use coping skills that no longer work.  In the worse case scenario, our challenges, lived experiences, and reactions,  can push us into a state of crisis, which can make us lose sight of any clear path out.

Regardless of the challenge, I can support you in identifying and overcoming barriers in order to gain access to all the possibilities already existing within you, your child, and/or your relationship(s).  Additionally, I can support you in creating change, identifying and choosing a path, and/or creating something new.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, I am offering sessions via video.  When it is safe to resume sessions in-person, we can meet in my office located in Downtown Berkeley near the BART station.  My office is accessible for all people. Please explore my website to learn more about my work and call me for a free 20-minute initial phone consultation.  I look forward to hearing from you.
